From the side of budget, most organizations spend a very little budgets on technology. The average technology budget is 5% of the total organizational operating budget. When it comes to adoption of technologies, 8.3% of small organizations seems to be leading in adapting technologies while 20.8% of very large organizations found to be doing well.
