The internet has been impacting societies in a very profound manner. The internet has become a tool for realization of wide ranging human rights. The influence of the internet and social media on the ability of a user to connect, share ideas and views and join communities is undeniable.

With the help of the internet, self and anonymous- publicity is increasingly high. In other words, the net protects article 19 that guaranteed the freedom of expression.  In addition, the internet improved the scope for organizing political activities.

On the contrary, with the advent of internet, it is possible to violate article 3, 12, which define right to life, liberty, security, privacy, etc.
