The popular Basset dog is of 14 – 15 inches height and with a weight of 50 lbs – 70 lbs. Beagle dogs are about 13- 16 inches and weight about 20 lbs -25 lbs. These dogs are mostly prone to heart disease, eye related diseases and back problems.

Maltese is the most cutest dog but they frequently get attacked with skin, respiratory and eye diseases. They are smallest dogs with height of 8-10 inches and they usually weigh between 6lbs – 9 lbs. The other dog breeds that are quite popular among the pet lovers include pomeranian, Toy Poodles, pugs, Shar Pei, yorkshire and Welsh Corgi.
