We all know what the 7 deadly sins are, so it might do us good to know how these sins can lead to heart problem as well. First sin is Greed. To earn more we sacrifice our health by forgoing our sleep, eating poorly, etc. These habits have dramatic effect on our heart. Next sin is Envy. Being envious can lead to stress which will eventually affect heart.

3rd comes the sin Gluttony. We all know how junk foods are bad for us but still we prefer it over nutritious foods. So this sin you have to be very careful about. Sloth is the sin which pretty much everybody does. Laziness can affect us by leading us towards diabetes, obesity and so on.

Then comes Wrath, which is anger based on our stress level. The stress needs to be released in a healthy way. When it comes to Pride, do not think that it can’t happen to me. Take measures to keep your body healthy and listen to your doctor. Lust is last of 7 deadly sins. While having intercourse is good for your heart but being risky about it can give you STD’s which is not good at all for any part of your body.
